I use traditional talk therapy, utilizing family systems as both a stepping stone and a point of reference. Carl Rogers is the master of, and my model for his term "unconditional positive regard," to help create safety and respect for the individual in therapy. Carl Jung is the inspiration behind Sandtray Therapy, a vital process for children and adults as well.
